How do I reserve a tour or make an enquiry?
Our preferred method is by email. If you would like to speak to someone in person you can call us on 00 44 (0)7785 980 854. If we are unable to take the call, please leave a message.
What if I need to cancel my tour?
There is no charge. All we ask is that you please inform us just as soon as possible so we can make the tour available to someone else.
What if I'm not sure about which places to visit?
Just let us know what interests you and the length of tour approximately that you would like, and we will do the rest. We are very flexible and even if you have an idea during the tour about a place you'd like to see, we will do our best to include it on the day.
Are children welcome on your tours?
Yes, children are very welcome. It's your private tour so you can bring whoever you like.
Where does the tour start?
From the place of your choice. Most of the time your tour will start at your hotel, guest house or holiday cottage, but you are welcome to choose another pick up point. Pick up is free within a 25 mile radius of Windermere.
Are your tours available throughout the year?
Yes they are. The Lake District is beautiful all year round and each season is special. Indeed many people like to visit the Lake in each season.
Is there much walking involved?
It's entirely up to you. Sometimes there are short walks at particular attractions.
How far in advance should I book?
We strongly recommend that you book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
